Headquarters Building for GTBank was won by CCP in a design competition. The building completed in August 2011, provided 8,000 sqm of lettable office space on 10 floors exquisitely designed for the operations and administration of the Bank. It also accommodates the biggest Banking hall in Nigeria (740sqm) comprising 24 Teller points, and Bulk Counting hall comprising 18 Teller points as well as an Internet banking hall. The building prides itself in having an elegantly celebrated presence on two opposite streets with direct access to Akin Adesola and Adeyemo Alakija streets. It's unique sloping facade is a design solution that negates the effect of 'choked' airspace between two adjoining high-rise structures.
