Project Overview
Kingsway Tower, operational centre of Microsoft, Fluterwave, Facebook, and Rolex is a fifteen (15) storey office tower executed in collaboration with SAOTA, Kingsway lends its name from its prime and fast rising commercial precinct of Kingsway road, Ikoyi.
The project is being developed on a site of about 5000 sqm and is expected to deliver approximately 13,317sqm of lettable office space complemented with 33 no car parking, lettable retail spaces and an outdoor restaurant.
The building which was designed as an oval tower on rectangular podium has a north/south orientation to minimise solar loads and effectively shaped with special facade feature screens and planters to limit the amount of direct sun on it.
