As an optimal response to an otherwise rectilinear site of about 1670sq m on Cooper road, Ikoyi, this mixed-use development is a seamless combination of two distinct programs. A vertical dwelling of 4No townhouses on three floors and a horizontal dwelling of ancillary facilities such as a gym, 10No parking, entrance lounge on the ground floor, two floors of lettable office spaces totalling 450sqm and two upper floors of 1 no luxury apartment each.
The 3000sq m development is characterized by three massing blocks, two identical, smaller masses in the townhouse area and a third giant mass which indicates the break in program and is flanked on the right by a 4-storey tower of horizontal dwellings overlooking a swimming pool. The highlight of the building's envelope is its subtle interplay of bright coloured panels on a predominantly grey background of aluminium wall panels.
