Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with the managing partner in driving strategic pillars, development plans and CCP growth projections.
• Identifying, build and develop new market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
• Cultivate relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare financial projections and sales targets.
• Attend events such as exhibition and conferences.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentation to introduce CCP’s capabilities and value proposition.
• Participate in strategic meetings.
• Produce weekly activity reports for management.
• Incorporate customer needs and input/feedback from both internal and external customers.
• Prudently manage resources within budget.

We are an internationally acclaimed multidisciplinary consulting firm in the built industry, and we are looking for a Senior Project Engineer (Mechanical) to join the team.

Applicants should have 5-7 years of post-graduation experience, of which a minimum of 2 years should have been spent in a senior position handling similar responsibilities in a reputable organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare a drawing list and a project work plan
• Assist the design and production teams, review engineering content with clients and partners, direct day-to-day departmental requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance objectives.
• Proactively lead constituted project teams and attend to all project administration and management tasks.
• Resolve technical issues and establish patterns and practices for the department.
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all client questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and escalate where necessary.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Assist with conducting training needs analysis and departmental or individual training on quality service standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support Project Engineers on-site with relevant information as may be required for optimal performance on site.
• Act as the firm’s engineering expertise and represent the firm in contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• A first degree in engineering with a good grade from areputable institution. Additional professional qualifications such as NSE and COREN are a must.
• A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in project management is an advantage.

• MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Revit, and design software.
• Strong attention to detail, with confidence to balance multiple priorities.Must have a creative and innovative style of thinking.
• Ability to take ownership of projects to meet deadlines and ensure high quality in accordance with industry and company quality standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding and ability to champion health and safety at work.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Must be reliable with a high level of integrity.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a timely manner.
